The hotel offers newly refurbished rooms with an amazing view over Burj Khalifa, making it a lovely stay, especially appreciated when my wife was unwell. However, the room wasn't ready upon arrival. The service was exceptional, with friendly and attentive staff catering to our needs. The location is convenient for exploring the city, shopping at Dubai Mall, and easy access to transportation. Dining was great but slightly pricey. Overall, a great asset is the hotel's prime location on Sheikh Zayed Road.

The hotel offers very clean and luxurious rooms with an amazing view of Burj Khalifa but suffers from a poor wifi connection and a room filled with cigarette smoke. The staff is wonderful and accommodating, providing great service, although the offer for a room change was inconvenient. The location is excellent, close to a metro station and with stunning views of Burj Khalifa. The dining experience is superb, with a wide variety of foods and attentive staff. The hotel facilities are top-notch.

During my stay, the hotel gave us access to the Lounge for breakfast, afternoon tea, and canapes, along with drinks in the evening. The service was very good, especially from the staff at Dunes Cafe. However, the room was old and the bathroom had a malfunctioning shower water faucet.
